This place is a real hidden gem in the forest. Perfect for a drink stop when on walks/bike ride. Cash only! But quick service and ice cold drinks

We were there mainly for the little one. Big playground and a lot of entertainment. We also liked the crepes. I love such casual vibe in the woods.

Perfect place near Chamonix for children. There is a huge playground with many attractions. Children can also play in water but water is very cold. It is originaly from glacier. You can buy there ice cream, some food and drink.

Cute tiny wood cabin serving raclette, fondue (natural or garlic) and omelettes (and salad and soup) during the winter months. Cozy, yummy, 2 sweet dogs to keep you company. The whole place inside fits about 20 tops, make a reservation!

Awesome playground with ares covered from the rain. Very affordable food. Good beer and a shallow river where kids can play too.

Lovely little picnic spot amongst the trees with a stream and play area for young children. Cafe and pony rides too. Free parking tucked behind the golf course and then a short 10 minute walk along the woodland track to reach Le Paradis Des Praz.

Gorgeous little spot to spend an afternoon. We hired bikes from Chamonix centre but took a roundabout route because it's not too far, would be a nice stroll from town along the river. You do need to detour around the cable car and golf course at one point though. Café has a great selection of cold treats from ice creams to beers. Card payments require a minimum spend of 10€. Lots of places to sit and different things for kids to play on. The stream is a big attraction for a paddle although some kids found the mountain water too chilly. Nearest toilet is a few minutes back down the trail.
